How retards spend their time

Bored.
Are you bored too?

If yes, either 1) Follow this link: Small Town, Big Secret
or 2) Read about the first hero from the upcoming DotA v.7.1 series! (Or do both)

Yangtze Chee - The Mugger

In the beginning there was chaos. Chaos begot knowledge. And knowledge obviously needed a vessel to fill, to praise its omniscience and incorruptibility. So now you know where all that intelligence you deserved disappeared to. Exhibiting psuedo-Omega Level abilities in the fields of programming, chemistry, economics, biology, mathematics and most other aspects of human and natural sciences, Chee's potential for mugging and information processing is currently defined without any foreseeable upper limit. While not technically being able to manipulate energy at the submolecular level per se, he has shown before the ability to rip large quantities of scientific knowledge directly from the primal energy forces that make up the world. When you’ve finished reading this crap, be scared. Be very scared.

Mouldy Tome (T)
A cost-effective and efficient method of stunning and poisoning an opponent simultaneously, as well as reducing the size of Chee’s library of old, mouldy books.
Level 1 - Stuns for 1.0 seconds, deals 40 damage, poisons for 20 damage per second for 5 seconds.
Level 2 - Stuns for 1.5 seconds, deals 60 damage, poisons for 30 damage per second for 5 seconds.
Level 3 - Stuns for 2.0 seconds, deals 80 damage, poisons for 40 damage per second for 5 seconds.
Level 4 - Stuns for 2.5 seconds, deals 100 damage, poisons for 50 damage per second for 5 seconds.
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 20

Encephalon (C)
By ripping information out of the primal fabric of nature and forcibly injecting it into a group of opponents, Chee can cause an overload of his opponents’ brains of such a magnitude that those affected are reduced to gibbering wrecks, silencing them. Also disorients at all levels. Doesn't silence item spells.
Level 1 - Deals 75 brain damage, silences and slows by 10% for 1.0 seconds.
Level 2 - Deals 150 brain damage, silences and slows by 15% for 1.5 seconds.
Level 3 - Deals 225 brain damage, silences and slows by 20% for 2.0 seconds.
Level 4 - Deals 300 brain damage, silences and slows by 25% for 2.5 seconds.
Mana Cost: 75/ 80/ 85/ 90
Cooldown: 15

Eideticity (D)
With too much brain space, Chee is able to photographically recall areas of the map he has been to. At higher levels, he gains active temporal vision of the area as well.
Level 1 - Removes shroud from visited areas for 15 seconds, does not update hero positions.
Level 2 - Removes shroud from visited areas for 30 seconds, does not update hero positions.
Level 3 - Removes shroud from visited areas for 45 seconds, can detect heroes.
Level 4 - Removes shroud from visited areas for 60 seconds, can detect heroes.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: Passive

Seamless Link (E)
When this spell is activated, Chee taps into the collective psyche of all allied heroes, combining everyone’s HP and mana into a gestaltic pool with increased regeneration. The intelligence of all allied heroes is multiplied, and they gain reduced spell cooldown times.
Cooldown does not affect ultimates, nor does the multiplier affect Lagstarr. Nothing multiplied by anything still gives nothing.
Level 1 - 50 HP and mana regeneration per second, intelligence multiplied by 2, 30% cooldown reduction.
Level 2 - 100 HP and mana regeneration per second, intelligence multiplied by 3, 55% cooldown reduction.
Level 3 - 300 HP and mana regeneration per second, intelligence multiplied by 4, 80% cooldown reduction.
Mana Cost: 175/ 225/ 275
Cooldown: 120/110/100

I guess that answers the question in the title... Meh Jason go do the Yangpedia Item Build.
