What is meant by the basic economic problem of scarcity?

Crap.

1+ now and I'm thinking about what is the basic economic problem of scarcity...

sleep is scarse...limited resources (time)...unlimited wants (i want MORE SLEEP!)...

am i making sense?

i don't think i am...

anyway...admist my "busy" schedule...i managed to find a couple of pretty cool designs by our seniors for their class tee...which we can use for reference...
